Head of Manufacturing (Plant Director)

• Stand up and run the full value chain: incoming QC, joint-module and sub-assembly, final integration, calibration, system test and burn-in, final QA, packaging and export.
• Own DFM and industrialization: convert design-core releases into producible processes, fixtures, SOPs, and cost targets; drive design feedback loops.
• Build the operating system of the plant: production planning, yield and takt management, traceability, and continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute capacity ramps and the component-localization sequence in step with supply chain and quality.
• Hire and develop the engineering and production organisation; own plant budget, capex requests, and unit-cost trajectory.
• Carry quality and delivery accountability for every robot shipped, internal or external customer alike.

• 10+ years in electronics, automotive, or precision-machinery manufacturing, including plant or large value-stream leadership.
• Proven NPI-to-mass-production experience: has taken a complex electromechanical product from pilot build to stable volume.
• Deep working knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001 at minimum) and structured problem solving (8D, SPC).
• Advanced English required — works daily with Western customers and a Mandarin-speaking design core; Mandarin a strong advantage.

• Background at an automotive OEM/Tier-1, major electronics FIE, or robotics manufacturer in Vietnam (e.g. VinFast, Samsung, Bosch, Foxconn ecosystems).
• IATF 16949 environment experience; Mandarin or Vietnamese-Chinese working ability.
• Greenfield or line-relocation experience.
