Merchandiser
1/ sample development- Work with customer for sample development plan.
- Receive samples & tech pack from customer and work with technical department to make counter sample.
- Make quotation for all styles after first proto.
2/ production control
- Receive order from customer, input data into system
- Work with factory about capacity and shipment plan.
- Communicate effectively with customer to verify order information, quality requirement and packing instruction in order to conform to customer’s demand.
- Follow up status of material and trimmings to ensure sewing line can run smoothly at factory.
- Check daily production status to keep buyer’s shipment date.
- Coordinate with Technicians and QC to ensure a perfect and correct quality of product
- Dealing with factories to solve unexpected problems during production and after ship.
3/ purchasing
- Make an overview of material and accessories based on confirmed orders.
- Issue PO and follow up PO situation.
- Keep track on stock of material and accessories.
- Make material and accessories archives.
4/ Logistic
- Follow up both international and local transportation which includes: booking sea & air shipment, control sea & air freight charges, logistics charges.
- Check import and export documents for the customs clearance and to make sure it is made on time and correctly.
