Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Tan Duc Industrial Park, Duc Hoa Commune, Tay Ninh (Long An)
Industry: Manufacture of textiles and wearing apparel
Salary: Negotiable with attractive benefits J

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and control inventory accuracy by reconciling discrepancies between the AX system and physical stock, including excess and shortage adjustments.  Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations, ensuring smooth material dispatch to production and shipment processes while resolving operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the QC department to manage customer returned goods and ensure proper handling and corrective actions are implemented.
• Coordinate closely with related departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely issue resolution.
• Lead and support warehouse staff in troubleshooting and resolving system-related and operational issues.
• Monitor daily warehouse activities to ensure compliance with company procedures, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and provide operational support, reports, and recommendations to improve warehouse processes and performance.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Good command of English or Chinese communication; candidates with Chinese proficiency are highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse; experience in the textile industry is preferred.
• Good communication skills and execution capability, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Effective problem-solving and incident investigation capabilities.
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
