This role will be responsible for supporting TV product marketing, channel promotions, retail execution, and performance reporting to drive sales growth and business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market, competitor, and consumer analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Support the development of TV product strategy, including pricing, lineup planning, and promotional direction.
- Monitor product and dealer performance; develop actionable plans to enhance competitiveness and achieve sales targets.
- Plan and execute channel promotions and seasonal campaigns aligned with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales teams and dealers to drive sell-out performance and support successful product launches.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization actions to improve efficiency and overall business impact.
- Oversee retail execution including in-store visibility, product displays, merchandising, and POSM to strengthen brand presence at point of sale.
- Work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution, compliance with standards, and improved shopper experience.
- Other tasks as required by the line manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Audit, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, Business Analysis, Marketing Research/Insights, or related fields.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Solid knowledge of market dynamics, consumer behavior patterns, and competitive landscape analysis.
- Hands-on experience in product planning, product launches, and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and external partners or agencies.
- Capable of working independently, handling multiple priorities, and delivering within tight timelines.
