Technical Consultant - QS Construction Software

Responsibilities :

• To do essential service work mostly remotely (include demo,trainings, project guidance, technical support and etc.).
• To be responsible for annual revenues in terms of service scope of work based on KPIs.
• To follow up company's service policy to implement service work and maintain customer relationship.
• Responsible for improving software usage rate, renewal rate and service satisfaction indicators.
• Assist to develop benchmark users, case project collections and methodology summary.
• To update and maintain all the CS relevant data timely and completely.
• May required to have business trips from time to time if required to have on-site services provided.
• To do some other ad-hoc special tasks when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Preferred Skill(s): BIM or QS background expertise, digital construction knowledge and skills such as Glodon Cubicost Software, AutoCAD, Bluebeam or related construction software.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines.
• Strong work ethic: Team oriented, independent, fast learner, highly energetic, and result-oriented.
• Languages compulsory for Vietnamese and English.

Salary & benefits Packages:

· Mobile allowance 200,000 + Meal allowance 500,000 + 13-months salary + Annual Bonus (2 times of basic amount)

· Birthday Special Leave 1 day + Claim benefits of VND 800,000

· Medical insurance & annual health check

· Other leave type follow local regulations
