Position Objective

To ensure the efficient and compliant operation of Human Resources and Administration functions, supporting business operations and fostering a professional workplace environment. This role is designed for a company with approximately 20–30 employees.

Key Responsibilities

A. Compensation & Benefits (35%)

  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, overtime, and monthly payroll processing.
  • Administer statutory benefits, including Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Personal Income Tax, and other employee benefits.
  • Prepare, renew, and terminate employment contracts; monitor probation periods and salary adjustments.
  • Prepare labor reports and ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.

B. Recruitment (25%)

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans based on hiring needs.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate job offers, and manage the onboarding process.
  • Maintain the candidate database and monitor recruitment KPIs.

C. HR Operations (20%)

  • Maintain employee personnel files, HR records, and employment documentation.
  • Update HR policies, procedures, and standard forms.
  • Monitor headcount, workforce changes, and support the performance evaluation process.

D. Administration (15%)

  • Manage office administration, company assets, office supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Liaise with the building management office regarding administrative matters.
  • Coordinate internal events, employee activities, and company functions.

E. Employee Engagement (5%)

  • Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Receive employee feedback and assist in maintaining positive employee relations.

F. Other Responsibilities

  • Perform other back-office administrative duties as assigned.
  • Proactively recommend and implement improvements to HR and administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR & Administration professional.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, Compensation & Benefits, and Recruitment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and confidentiality skills.
