ManpowerGroup Sustainability Report 2025–2026: Working to Change the World

ManpowerGroup is proud to release its sixth annual Working to Change the World Sustainability Report. The 2025–2026 report details our continued commitment to shaping a more sustainable and inclusive future across three strategic pillars: Planet, People & Prosperity, and Principles of Governance. 

Guided by our Human First, Digital Always approach, we are combining human potential with responsible technology to expand access to opportunity and help people and businesses thrive. The report highlights our progress in advancing climate action, creating talent at scale and strengthening ethical, responsible governance as AI transforms the future of work.   

2025-2026 Working to Change the World Highlights.   

Planet:  

• Recognized by TIME Magazine as one of the World's Most Sustainable Companies for three consecutive years, from 2024 to 2026. 
• Reduced total greenhouse gas emissions by 24% since 2019. 
• Reduced fleet size by 28% while increasing electric vehicle adoption. 
• Reduced business travel emissions by 28% in 2025 through more purposeful travel and expanded digital collaboration.  
• Expanded renewable energy adoption across key markets, increasing renewable electricity to 44% of total consumption.  

People & Prosperity:  

• Scaled the Manpower MyPath program to more than 332,000 participants and alumni, equipping people with skills and building pathways to in-demand careers. 
• Delivered 30,000 employee AI learning engagements, with 80% of employees using AI tools in their daily work. 
• Expanded technology pipelines through Experis Academy, training more than 6,000 participants across 12 European countries, in high-demand digital skills. 
• Strengthened future-ready talent pipelines through industry partnerships to upskill 1 million young people in the United States in advanced manufacturing careers. 
• Increased female representation for a renewable energy client from 8% to 38% through a five-year workforce transformation strategy led by Talent Solutions RPO. 

Principles of Governance:  

• Recognized by Ethisphere for the 17th time as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies, leading the industry. 
• Earned EcoVadis Gold status, ranking in the top 5% of all companies assessed and top 1% of companies in our industry. 
• Advanced responsible AI and innovation through AIDA, ManpowerGroup’s enterprise governance framework for AI, Data, Analytics and Innovation. 
• Strengthened human rights due diligence by joining the UN Global Compact Business & Human Rights Accelerator. 
• Maintained leadership in climate-related transparency, marking our 16th year of CDP Climate Change disclosure reporting. 

These results demonstrate ManpowerGroup’s continued progress across three strategic pillars: reducing environmental impact under Planet, developing future-ready talent through People & Prosperity, and upholding transparent, responsible governance.
