Job Description
  • Manage instrument maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, operational safety, and minimal environmental impact.
  • Provide technical support and guidance for instrumentation maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and external vendors to support maintenance work.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, conduct inspections, and report safety incidents.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for instrumentation systems.
  • Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support maintenance planning, continuous improvement, and equipment reliability initiatives.
  • Supervise contractors and ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year to 9 year of relevant experience in instrumentation maintenance within chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, refinery, power, or other continuous process manufacturing plants.
  • Basic knowledge of field instruments, including pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters, control valves, analyzers, PLC/DCS, and industrial control systems.
  • Familiarity with instrument calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and industrial safety procedures.
  • Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP/CMMS is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in a petrochemical/manufacturing plant environment.
