Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct Warehouse protocol apply to all incoming receiving (raw material), WIP and outgoing shipment (Finish goods).
• Ensure physical inventory number matches ERP BC system number at all times.
• Responsible for the proper storage and control of raw material, WIP, FGs and other goods in the warehouse storage area.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices in the warehouse.
• Manage a team of Store keeper. Ensure good discipline and all daily checklist/records are properly filled.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Technical, economic degree/college or above, with at least 2 years of experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, English writing, reading, listening, and speaking skills.
• Clear on ISO system and generating documentation related to receiving and delivery of goods/shipment.
• Good team spirit and communication skill.
