About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Lead to drive subscriber growth and revenue for our premium crypto analytics platform. This role owns the entire growth funnel—from acquisition and activation to retention and monetization—while working closely with Product to deliver a best-in-class experience for serious crypto traders and investors.

This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for someone with genuine crypto market experience who understands trader behavior and can translate market insights into high-converting growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end growth metrics, including subscriber acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.
  • Optimize the entire customer journey across landing pages, pricing, checkout, onboarding, and upgrade funnels.
  • Build and scale lifecycle marketing programs, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back campaigns.
  • Partner with Product to identify features, insights, and user experiences that improve activation and long-term retention.
  • Design, execute, and analyze growth experiments across messaging, pricing, offers, and conversion funnels.
  • Leverage community, content, and creator channels to build scalable acquisition and referral programs.
  • Monitor key growth KPIs and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience trading or investing in digital assets with strong understanding of crypto market dynamics.
  • Proven ownership of growth metrics, including CVR, CAC, LTV, retention, and revenue.
  • Strong experience in lifecycle/email marketing, customer segmentation, and marketing automation.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to communicate credibly to crypto-native audiences.
  • Highly analytical with experience using product analytics tools; SQL is a plus.
  • Self-driven with an experimentation mindset and strong execution capability.

Preferred

  • Experience in SaaS growth, pricing & packaging, PLG/CLG strategies, or subscription businesses.
  • Experience working with crypto products, creator ecosystems (e.g. Whop), or Web3 communities.
  • Familiarity with Discord, X (Twitter), and crypto community growth.
