Senior Process Engineer

• Support sales initiatives on customer inquiries, new product development, and new capabilities within the business unit.
• Drive process development, process capability, process improvement, and introduction of new products into manufacturing.
• Manage process validation activities, including deviation runs and buy-off procedures for new processes and machine installations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation such as FMEA, PCP, and process specifications.
• Foster teamwork within the engineering department and provide training and guidance to junior process engineers.
• Forecast future space and equipment requirements based on business plans and forecasts.
• Support Sales team in quotation generation.
• Analyze product specifications, drawings, and engineering data to develop production processes, estimate cycle times, and prepare operation sheets.
• Ensure achievement of organizational KPIs (SQDCCE).
• Drive continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives to improve cost, efficiency, and output.
• Support and comply with company policies including Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health, and other relevant policies.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, or related field).
• Minimum 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, particularly in label converting or die-cut processes.
• Experience supporting production lines and troubleshooting complex machine/process issues.
• Proficiency in DFM, SPC, FMEA, and Process Control Plans.
• Strong understanding of converting technologies, material characteristics, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead process improvement projects and mentor junior engineers
