As a Management Trainee, you will be trained and involved in various merchandising and production coordination activities, including:
- Support communication and maintain relationships with Japanese brand customers.
- Monitor the footwear production process to ensure product quality and compliance with customer requirements.
- Follow up on sample development, sample approval, and carton delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and factories to ensure smooth order execution.
- Assist in preparing reports, tracking project progress, and handling daily merchandising activities.
- Support supervisors in managing customer requests and production-related issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
- Japanese language proficiency of JLPT N2 level or above.
- English proficiency equivalent to CET-4 or above.
- Prior experience in order processing, merchandising, sourcing, or the footwear industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
