Summary/Objective: The ESG Lab Supervisors’ role is to support day to day operations of the ESG test Lab and technicians, including being the first line of support for the technicians

Summary/Objective: The ESG Lab Supervisors’ role is to support day to day operations of the ESG test Lab and technicians, including being the first line of support for the technicians
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations in the lab including:
o General knowledge and status of the top priority projects being tested.
o Tech workload management o General test equipment capacity and utilization
o Tech workload management o General test equipment capacity and utilization
- Have an in-depth knowledge of all the test equipment in the lab and their functions.
- Perform design verification testing and support testing from other technicians to ensure tests are completed in a timely manner.
- Review completed test data and reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Support customer questions and lab tours pertaining to test methods, equipment, and data.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- General knowledge of Lablynx (E-lab)
- Hazards and Atmospheric Conditions: Must be willing to adhere to department safety rules and regulations. May be exposed to noise (required to wear protective gear).
- May be exposed to Hazardous Materials & Chemicals (required to wear safety glasses and other protective gear).
- Good communication in English
- Sense of accuracy, Teamwork/Win-win/Respective attitude
- Experience operate machine/tooling
o Humidity (Giant-force)
o Thermal shock (Gian -force)
o Thermal Age (Oven)
o Thermal shock (Gian -force)
o Thermal Age (Oven)
- Nice to have experience with below machine/tooling (if not, we are ready to train associate).
o Starret (Force tester)
o LLCR, IR/DWV (how much voltage can break our connector)
o CCC (Current carry capacity)
