Senior Team Lead, Accounting

Responsibilities:
1. Financial reporting:  

• Preparation and distribution of financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statements.  
• Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, standards, regulations in all financial reporting and internal policies.  

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:  

• Assist Finance Manager in forecast, budget  

3. Internal controls:  

• Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures, monitor internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial records.  

4. Financial analysis:  

• Conduct financial analyses  
• Provide insights into financial performance through variance analysis and key performance indicators.  

5. Process improvement:  

• Identify and implement process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and accounting processes.  

6. ERP system management:  

• Evaluating accounting systems and recommending upgrades or changes to improve efficiency and accuracy.  
• Leading/Participating in the implementation of new ERP or systems.  

6.1. Risk management:  

• Identify financial risks, propose and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.  

6.2. Project:  

• Working with Production team/Engineering team/CI to validate the financial data to ensure financial data accuracy.  

6.3. Audit Preparation:  

• Coordinating with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits of financial statements and internal controls.  
• Addressing audit findings and implementing corrective actions as needed.  

6.4. Tax compliance:  

• Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations by preparing, verifying and filling accurate tax returns, monthly tax report if required.   
• Regulatory compliance. 

Skills & Knowledge Required 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or other equivalent specializations  
• 5+ years of related experience in manufacturing company.  
• 1+ year of managerial/leadership experience  
• Good command of MS Office, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.  
• English skills at intermediate level.  
• Detailed oriented person able to work efficiently and accurately.  
• Familiar with Accounting system, have knowledge and experience of ERP system is preferred.  
• Experience with accounting software.  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
