Production Manager

Job Responsibility:

1. Manage daily production operations to achieve production targets safely, efficiently, and on schedule, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, materials, and production facilities.
 负责生产部门的日常运营管理，确保安全、高效、按时完成生产目标，并优化人力、设备、物料及生产设施的使用效率。

2. Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules with Planning, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Procurement to ensure timely material availability and on-time customer delivery.
 与生产计划、供应链、仓库及采购部门协调、规划及监督生产排程，确保物料及时供应及客户订单准时交付。

3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, improve yield, reduce scrap and downtime, optimize manufacturing processes, and support new product introduction (NPI), engineering changes, and product transfers.
 推动持续改善项目，提升生产效率、提高良率、降低报废率及设备停机时间，优化制造流程，并支持新产品导入（NPI）、工程变更及产品转移。

4. Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 Quality Management System, workplace safety, environmental regulations, and company policies, while supporting audits and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
 确保生产运作符合 ISO 13485 质量管理体系、职业安全与健康、环境法规及公司政策要求，配合内部及外部审核，并落实纠正与预防措施 (CAPA）。

5. Monitor departmental KPIs, productivity, quality, delivery, labour efficiency, and manufacturing costs, implementing improvement initiatives to achieve operational and budget targets.
监督部门关键绩效指标（KPI）、生产效率、产品质量、交付表现、人力效率及制造成本，并推动改善措施，以达成营运及预算目标。

6. Lead, coach, and develop Production Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Operators through effective manpower planning, performance management, training, and employee engagement.
 领导、辅导及发展生产主管、班组长及操作员，通过有效的人力规划、绩效管理、培训及员工参与，建立高绩效生产团队。

7. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and overseas technical teams to ensure smooth production operations and support manufacturing improvement initiatives.
 与工程、品质、设备维修、供应链及海外技术团队紧密合作，确保生产运作顺畅，并支持各项制造改善计划。

8. Prepare production reports, present departmental performance to Management, and perform other duties assigned by the General Manager or Operations Manager.
 编制生产报告，向管理层汇报部门绩效，并完成总经理或营运经理指派的其他相关工作。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of production management experience in a small- to medium-sized manufacturing environment. Experience in high-tech or regulated manufacturing industries and familiarity with ERP systems are preferred.
工程、制造、工业管理或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备至少5年中小型制造企业生产管理经验。有高科技或受监管制造行业经验，并熟悉ERP系统者优先。

2. Solid manufacturing experience in production operations, production planning, cost control, and operational management. Good working knowledge of assembly manufacturing processes, 5S, GMP, workplace safety and health (WSH), and continuous improvement practices.
具备扎实的制造业生产运营、生产计划、成本控制及生产管理经验；熟悉装配制造工艺、5S管理、GMP、职业安全与健康（WSH）及持续改善等相关管理实践。

3. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities, with proven leadership, planning, organizational, coordination, communication, and execution skills.
具备优秀的数据分析及决策能力，拥有良好的领导能力、计划能力、组织协调能力、沟通能力及执行能力。

4. Good command of speaking English and Mandarin.
具备良好的英语及普通话听、说、读 能力。
