HR Manager

This role is not for someone who prefers a stable, well-established environment. We need someone who has been through the challenges of a new factory setup, knows how to build things from scratch, and can create structure where there isn't one yet.

What you'll own

• Lead the entire HR & Admin function for the site.
• Build HR policies, processes, and systems that actually work for a growing manufacturing operation.
• Drive workforce planning and hiring to support production growth.
• Partner closely with Plant Leadership on organization structure, talent, culture, and people strategy.
• Ensure labor law compliance while maintaining strong employee relations on the ground.
• Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll, performance management, training, and employee engagement.
• Manage all administration matters including facilities, transportation, canteen, security, and vendor management.
• Be the go-to person for any people-related challenge within the plant.

What we're looking for

• Strong HR & Admin leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in new plant setup, greenfield projects, factory launch, or major site expansion.
• Solid understanding of Vietnam Labor Law and practical employee relations management.
• Hands-on leadership style. Someone who is willing to spend time on the production floor, not just behind a desk.
• Confident working with both shopfloor employees and senior leadership teams.
• Fluent English is non-negotiable.
• Open to working full-time in Tay Ninh.
