Epicor ERP Technical Analyst

 

Overview

We are looking for an Epicor ERP Technical Analyst to support, customize, and optimize the company's Epicor ERP environment. The role will work closely with business users and IT teams to enhance manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, purchasing, sales, and finance processes through Epicor ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Epicor ERP solutions based on business requirements.
• Build and maintain BAQs (Business Activity Queries), BPMs (Business Process Management), dashboards, and reports.
• Configure and customize Epicor using Application Studio, Functions, and related Epicor tools.
• Develop and maintain reports using SSRS, Epicor Reporting, and SQL Server.
• Support Epicor integrations with other systems such as Power BI, CRM platforms, and external APIs.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end users.
• Participate in Epicor upgrades, cloud migration initiatives, and system enhancement projects.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Production, Supply Chain, Inventory, Purchasing, and Finance teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Epicor ERP (Epicor 10 or Kinetic preferred).
• Hands-on experience with:
  • BAQ
  • BPM
  • Application Studio
  • Dashboards
  • SQL Server
  • SSRS Reporting
• Good understanding of Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain, Finance, or Sales processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

• Epicor Kinetic Cloud experience.
• On-premise to Cloud migration experience.
• Power BI integration.
• REST API integration.
• C#/.NET development experience.
• Manufacturing industry background.
