Responsibilities:

Under the coaching of Group Product Manager, develop business plans, analyze market research findings, prepare budget, evaluate inventory requirements, design promotional campaigns and integrate management inputs to establish the strategic direction of the product in terms of profit, market share, growth and desired market positioning

With the defined plan strategies, evaluate, align and integrate factors for effective branding of the product to create tangible business outcomes

Defined the launching plan for new product launch under the coach of Group Product Manager, Ensure alignment and leverage regional resources to benefit the local benefit
-
Ensure that product marketing strategies and tactical programs are developed and implemented to improve market performance.

Facilitate implementation of market intelligence strategies; gather, validate and analyze competitive market information; set parameters and direct execution of market research.

Plan, lead, organize, direct and manage events related to pre-launch, launching, regular associate PM functions and other special projects; address logistical and administrative requirements to ensure availability of necessary resources

Develop advertising, promotion and communication campaigns

Conduct/ liaise with regional team to do Market research of the portfolio

Conduct training for Medical Representatives as needed, including Product Knowledge, Obstacle Handling and Promotional Materials.

Establish network of Key Opinion Leaders who will be instrumental in building the scientific agendas of meetings and CME activities and will provide customer input for planning purposes.

Liaise with Key Prescribes / Key Hospitals for better market understanding, then establish contacts, form affiliations, make proper representation of the company and participate in meetings, conventions and network building opportunities (e.g. medical societies).

Work with FF team/regulatory/medical team to ensure central and hospital formulary listing.

Work in the strategic forecast.

Collaborating with field force at the accounts to implement tactical activities which are aligned with the strategic account plan

Monitoring HCPs’ treatment adoption movement toward antifungal portfolio to come up with proper strategy and tactics for the accounts

Contributing to the common projects of Antifungal & antibiotic portfolio & MSD when being assigned
Qualifications:
-
University graduate in Pharmacy or Medicine (or medical physician or pharmacist or pre-medicine related disciplines)

Marketing qualification preferred
-
Analytical skills required. Needs to be able to analyze data and develop appropriate marketing strategies to address market conditions. Must track and monitor performance of the brand. Must work closely with FF management, medical team and tender team to ensure that strategies are appropriately implemented.

New product launch experience is preferred

Digital & AI mindset is a plus
