Sales Inbound Manager

The Sales Inbound Manager is responsible for overseeing inbound sales operations, managing leads generated through marketing channels, and ensuring effective conversion into customers. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to optimize inbound sales processes to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound lead management: Oversee the qualification, nurturing, and conversion of inbound leads from digital campaigns, referrals, and other channels.

• Sales team leadership: Supervise and coach inbound sales representatives to achieve performance targets.

• Process optimization: Develop and refine workflows to improve lead response time, conversion rates, and customer experience.

• Collaboration with marketing: Work closely with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales goals and provide feedback on lead quality.

• Performance tracking: Monitor KPIs such as lead conversion, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition cost.

• Customer relationship management: Ensure seamless communication with prospects and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

• Reporting and insights: Prepare regular reports for senior management with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in inbound sales or sales management.

• Strong knowledge of CRM tools and digital sales channels.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
