HR Executive - English

Job Description: 
1. Recruitment & Training
- Recruitment notice, CV collection, short list, interview arrangement, interview, letter offer
- Welcome new comers, preparation for new comers (access permission, laptop, BC account, email…)
- Orientation training, Over sea training, trainee data control, training record and report
- Employees list control (employees' data & resignation data),
- Update all job description & Organization chart

2. Labor contract, probation end, labor contract end follow up
- Issue labor contract for employees
- Follow up probation end evaluation and notice for the result of probation to employees
- Follow up contract end evaluation and contract end renewal

3. Employee's relation & Disciplinary action
- Improvement communication with employees
- In charge of disciplinary actions following company's policy

4. Knowledge or experience in social insurance and PIT is an advantage

5. Other jobs are assigned by Manager

◆ Work Location: Yen Phong (expansion) industrial park, Bac Ninh

Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- English communication
- Can use apps to design recruitment notice to attract candidates
- University graduation
- At least 2 - 3 years experience in similar position
