Responsibilities:

Digital Growth & Performance Marketing (Primary Ownership)

  • Develop and execute the Digital Growth strategy for TNEX Digital Bank.
  • Lead performance marketing activities across paid media, mobile app acquisition, affiliate programs, and partner growth channels.
  • Design and optimize the full-funnel growth strategy including awareness, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion rates across the digital funnel.
  • Leverage data analytics, attribution models, and marketing automation to maximize marketing effectiveness.

UI/UX Strategy & Customer Experience (Strategic Oversight)

  • Define the UI/UX strategy for the entire digital banking platform.
  • Ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience across mobile app, web platforms, and partner ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Data teams to optimize the user journey and improve conversion.
  • Establish customer experience design standards across all digital touchpoints.

Brand Strategy & Market Positioning

  • Develop and drive the brand strategy for TNEX Digital Bank.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels, communications, and customer touchpoints.
  • Lead brand campaigns, public relations initiatives, and strategic communications.
  • Position TNEX as a top-of-mind digital banking brand for Gen Z and Millennials.

Digital Commerce & Ecosystem Growth

  • Expand and optimize the TNEX digital commerce platform.
  • Develop digital partnerships, embedded finance initiatives, and ecosystem commerce opportunities.
  • Utilize customer data to identify and generate new revenue streams.

Data & Marketing Intelligence

  • Build marketing data analytics capabilities to generate actionable customer insights.
  • Develop data-driven marketing decision frameworks.
  • Leverage big data and AI technologies to personalize the customer experience.

Digital Transformation Leadership

  • Drive the digital transformation strategy for TNEX.
  • Advise senior leadership on fintech, digital banking, and marketing technology trends.
  • Promote a data-driven and digital-first marketing culture across the organization.

Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Technology, Finance, or related fields.

Professional Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Product.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience in digital banking, fintech, or large-scale digital platforms.
  • Proven track record of scaling digital products and customer acquisition.

Knowledge

  • Deep expertise in digital growth marketing.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app growth, digital commerce, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of big data analytics, API ecosystems, and marketing technology stacks.

Leadership & Capabilities

  • Strong strategic thinking with excellent execution capability.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams across marketing, product, technology, and data.
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset.
