Business Development & Support Officer

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 45,000,000 – 60,000,000 VND gross/month, commensurate with experience
• Meal allowance: 2,750,000 VND/month
• Transportation allowance: 3,000,000 VND/month
• Social Insurance full gross salary
• Annual health check

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion

• Actively promote and position interventional cardiology products across the Vietnamese market
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals and cardiac centers
• Support the introduction and commercialization of new products

Hospital & Clinical Engagement

• Conduct regular visits to hospitals, catheterization laboratories (Cathlabs), and key stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with interventional cardiologists, physicians, and clinical staff
• Provide on-site support during product evaluation, trials, and procedures where required

Sales Support & Growth

• Support distributors in achieving sales targets and expanding market share
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Contribute to sales planning and execution strategies

Technical & Clinical Support

• Provide product training and education to distributors, clinicians, and hospital staff
• Deliver technical and clinical support to ensure proper use and optimal outcomes
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving product-related inquiries

Distributor Collaboration

• Work closely with local distributors to align on business objectives and strategies
• Ensure effective communication between manufacturers, distributors, and end users
• Support marketing activities, workshops, and scientific events

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare regular activity and market reports
• Provide feedback on product performance and customer insights
• Coordinate with internal teams for regulatory, marketing, and supply chain support

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in medical devices, preferably in interventional cardiology, Cathlab environment, or cardiovascular products
• Educational background in one of the following fields: ◦ Cathlab Technician ◦ Nursing ◦ Medicine (Physician), Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in sales support, clinical application, or business development within healthcare
