Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Handle inquiries, quotations, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate closely with production, merchandising, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends and customer requirements to expand business opportunities.
• Support customers throughout the order lifecycle and resolve any issues promptly.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the garment and textile industry.
• Strong understanding of garment/textile manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
• Proven track record in business development and key account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and business meetings.
