• Làm việc tại tại nhà máy Sinh Nam Façade khu vực Miền Bắc/miền
Nam, các nhà thầu phụ / Work at the Sinh Nam Façade factory (Southern/ Northern region) and at subcontractor facilities.
• Kiểm tra và đảm bảo chất lượng vật tư đầu vào, trong quá trình sản
xuất và sản phẩm đầu ra / Inspect and ensure the quality of incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
• Quản lý và giám sát nhân viên kiểm tra chất lượng/ Manage and supervise quality control staff.
• Trực tiếp giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng/ Directly resolve quality-related issues.
• Xây dựng hệ thống quy trình, hướng dẫn công việc, biểu mẫu kiểm tra.
Develop systems for processes, work instructions, and inspection forms.
• Quản lý và theo dõi đơn hàng gia công tại các nhà thầu phụ.
Manage and track fabrication orders with subcontractors.
• Kiểm tra vật tư nhập về các nhà thầu phụ, kiểm tra quá trình gia công
tại các nhà thầu phụ, kiểm tra thành phẩm trước khi xuất xưởng để đảm
bảo đáp ứng yêu cầu / Inspect materials delivered to subcontractors, monitor the fabrication process at subcontractor sites, and inspect finished goods before
dispatch to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Kiểm tra đánh giá chất lượng lắp đặt nội bộ/ Inspect and evaluate internal installation quality.
• Báo cáo chất lượng gia công cho quản lý QC, BGĐ.
Report fabrication quality to the QC Manager and Board of Directors.
• Đảm bảo tất cả các vật tư được sử dụng đúng theo mẫu phê duyệt.
Ensure all materials used strictly adhere to approved samples.
• Lên kế hoạch phối hợp với công trình, QC công trình cho công việc
nghiệm thu; trực tiếp tham gia nghiệm thu với khách hàng khi cần thiết.
/ Coordinate with the site team and site QC for acceptance inspections;
directly participate in client acceptance inspections when necessary.
• Kiểm tra, giám sát và đánh giá rủi ro, phát hiện và báo cáo vi phạm / Inspect, supervise, and assess risks; identify and report noncompliance.
• Giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng gia công. Đề xuất cải
tiến.
Resolve issues related to fabrication quality and propose improvements.
• Lập hồ sơ báo cáo công việc, biên bản kiểm tra chất lượng, giấy xuất
xưởng/Prepare work reports, quality inspection records, and factory release
documents.
• Phối hợp và báo cáo với bộ phận kho, sản xuất, kế hoạch, công trình và
nhà gia công / Coordinate and communicate with the warehouse, production, planning,and site teams, as well as subcontractors.
• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Ban giám đốc / Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Yêu cầu chuyên môn, kỹ năng, kinh nghiệm và khả năng/Required Knowledge, Skill, Experience and Ability
• Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng, đại học chuyên ngành cơ khí, xây dựng, kỹ thuật
vật liệu hoặc liên quan / College or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
• Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 5 năm ở vị trí tương đương trong lĩnh vực đảm
bảo và kiểm tra chất lượng, ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng làm nhà máy gia
công nhôm kính, nhà máy cơ khí hoặc công trình xây dựng. Đọc hiểu
thành thạo bản vẽ kỹ thuật; hiểu về quy trình gia công nhôm kính và cơ
khí / At least 5 years of experience in a similar Quality Assurance/Quality
Control (QA/QC) role; preference given to candidates with experience in
aluminum and glass fabrication, mechanical manufacturing, or
construction projects. Proficient in reading technical drawings;
knowledgeable about aluminum/glass fabrication and mechanical
processing procedures.
• Nắm vững hệ thống quản lý chất lượng ISO, tiêu chuẩn liên quan / Solid understanding of ISO quality management systems and relevant
standards.
• Khả năng giao tiếp và xử lý vấn đề / Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Có khả năng sử dụng ngoại ngữ (đặc biệt là tiếng Anh) phục vụ công
việc là một lợi thế / Foreign language proficiency (especially English) is an advantage.
• Sẵn sàng đi công tác xa tại các xưởng gia công ngoài. Làm việc tại khu
vực miền Bắc / Willingness to travel for business to external fabrication workshops; based in the Northern region.
• Biết sử dụng dụng cụ đo / Competent in using measuring instruments.
• Thành thạo vi tính văn phòng. Có kỹ năng soạn thảo, phân tích, báo cáo.
Proficient in office software; skilled in document drafting, data analysis,
and reporting.
