IPQC Supervisor - English and Chinese (URGENT)

• Lead IPQC team to ensure product quality throughout manufacturing processes.
• Monitor in-process inspections, defect analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage customer complaints, internal audits, and quality data reporting.
• Train and develop inspectors and technicians.

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or related field.
• 3+ years in IPQC/Quality leadership within electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of QC tools, 8D, SPC, CAPA, FMEA.
• Fluent English and Chinese communication skills.
