Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support business objectives.
• Partner with department managers to identify workforce needs and develop talent strategies.
• Manage recruitment activities to attract and retain qualified employees.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, labor contracts, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
• Handle employee relations matters and support a positive workplace culture.
• Plan and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
• Support organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager position within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in garment, textile, or labor-intensive manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in HRIS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
