Finance Manager (Replacement - CONFIDENTIAL)

Primary Job Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Reporting
Manage accounting activities and monthly financial closing.
Prepare financial and management reports.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies.
2. Tax & Compliance
Manage CIT, VAT, PIT, FCT and statutory tax compliance.
Coordinate tax and external audits.
3. Budget & Cost Control
Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
Monitor costs, inventory and manufacturing costing.
4. Cash Flow & Treasury
Monitor cash flow, payments and banking activities.
Ensure effective working capital management.
5. Internal Control & Team Management
Maintain effective financial controls and ensure compliance with Company policies.
Manage and develop the Finance team.
Provide financial advice and support to Management.

Qualification Requirements (Knowledge, Skill, Experience)

Knowledge Requirement
University graduation in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Experience Requirement
At least 12–15 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably with experience in a manufacturing environment.

Skill Requirement
Strong accounting, tax and financial analysis skills.
Good knowledge of manufacturing costing and inventory control.
Good English communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP/accounting systems.

Personality Requirement
Responsible / Careful / Honest / Analytical / Proactive.
High sense of responsibility and compliance.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
