Business Development Manager

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.

• Identify business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Support customers throughout the order process and resolve issues when needed.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of sales experience in the garment and textile industry.
• Good understanding of garment/textile manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to manage key accounts and develop new business.
• Fluent in English.
