Industrial Leasing Manager

Position Overview

The Leasing Manager will be responsible for driving leasing performance across industrial and logistics assets by developing and executing leasing strategies, securing new tenants, maintaining strong tenant relationships, and maximizing portfolio occupancy and revenue. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support business growth and achieve commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leasing & Business Development

• Identify and secure new leasing opportunities through proactive business development activities.

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective tenants and strategic accounts.

• Manage lease renewals and retention initiatives to sustain long-term occupancy.

• Build and maintain relationships with occupiers, consultants, brokers, and industry stakeholders.

• Support negotiations and closure of leasing transactions.

2. Portfolio Performance & Strategy

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental performance.

• Monitor leasing activities and market trends, making recommendations to improve portfolio competitiveness.

• Contribute to annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Track leasing performance against targets and provide regular progress updates.

3. Market Intelligence

• Conduct market research on industry trends, supply and demand dynamics, pricing, and competitor activities.

• Provide insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making and long-term portfolio planning.

• Identify emerging market opportunities and customer segments.

4. Tenant & Stakeholder Management

• Foster strong relationships with existing tenants to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.

• Coordinate with internal teams including asset management, property management, finance, legal, and operations to ensure seamless leasing execution.

• Support resolution of tenancy-related issues and ensure timely follow-up on key actions.

5. Marketing & Brand Support

• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives to generate business opportunities.

• Support activities that strengthen market presence and brand positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in leasing, business development, asset marketing, or related commercial roles.

• Experience within industrial, logistics, commercial real estate, or property development sectors is preferred.

• Proven track record of achieving leasing targets and managing client relationships.

• Strong market knowledge and network within the real estate ecosystem.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Preferred Experience

• Industrial parks, logistics parks, warehouses, ready-built factories, or commercial assets.

• Working with local and multinational clients.

• Managing complex leasing transactions and long-term tenant partnerships.

• Exposure to investment attraction, industrial real estate, or B2B solution selling.
