Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, including stock control, cycle counts, and periodic inventory audits.
• Monitor warehouse performance to ensure on-time delivery, minimize errors, and optimize space utilization.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff, including work allocation, training, performance evaluation, and discipline.
• Enforce health, safety, and security regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and accurate documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare warehouse reports (inventory, KPI, discrepancies, etc.).
• Manage and resolve any warehouse-related issues, including damaged goods, delays, or discrepancies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS/ERP) and warehouse processes.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
