Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, analyzes and prepare root cause analysis report
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repair tasks on UPS systems, power distribution units
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, including power outages, UPS failures, and system alarms
- Provide technical support for clients, answering queries and delivering solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including work orders, reports
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures while working on-site
- Perform regular inspections and testing of electrical systems
- Assist with the training of junior engineers and technicians
- Monitor and track system performance and suggest improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience (2+ years) in field of service engineering
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and power distribution
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze and prepare root cause analysis report (RCA) electrical issues
- Familiarity with data center operations and critical power systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
