Job Summary
Oversees engineering and technical issues to ensure conformance to customers’ technical requirements and company-owned facilities and equipment for construction projects. Responsible for the planning, design, development, implementation, and completion of projects.

Oversees engineering and technical issues to ensure conformance to customers’ technical requirements and company-owned facilities and equipment for construction projects. Responsible for the planning, design, development, implementation, and completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day planning and engineering initiatives for the project.
- Take responsibility for project functions, e.g. Site Management, Project Control Management, Engineering Management, Procurement, and Construction Management.
- Supervise and prepare project methods, installation procedures, task plans, and guidance.
- Monitor site progress against budget and forecast schedule.
- Ensure EHS and QA/QC standards are met for works by trade contractors.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of works progress to the Senior Manager.
- Identify and notify the Senior Manager and Executive Manager (PMO) of any additional work or changes that constitute a variation.
- Ensure continuous coordination and communication with all trade contractors.
- Prepare meeting minutes for project meetings.
- Manage project close-out and obtain all warranties for final acceptance.
- Support tender processes.
- Comply with Quality, Health & Safety policies.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior/management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of engineering project management experience.
- Experience in data centres, hyperscale facilities, mission-critical environments, or large-scale MEP projects.
- Knowledge of UPS, generators, HVAC, cooling systems, and commissioning processes.
- Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent English communication skills.
