Sales Accounts Manager

Factory Site: Dau Giay Industrial Park, Dau Giay Ward, Dong Nai City, Vietnam Industry: Footwear (Tier 2 Supplier) - footwear component manufacturer providing advanced material solutions
Salary: Negotiable with attractive benefits
Working time: Monday – Friday (Remote/WFH allowed, but must ensure job performance and on-time attendance at customer's factories)

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

• Pay visits and provide service to existing customers, including shoe brand companies’ branch offices, purchasing agents and shoe factories located in Vietnam and possibly other parts of Southeast Asia.
• Develop new customers, particularly suitable shoe factories who may be interested in the footwear component product lines that the company has to offer. Work closely with the sales teams in the global footwear market in supplying insoles, midsoles and outsoles, and to develop custom solution tailored to meet the needs of customers.
• Provide extensive experience and ongoing support to footwear and shoes partners to develop world class product our diverse customers.
• Collaborate with R&D and production team in planning, coordination, execution and the finalization of projects according to strict deadlines.
• Coordinate with team members, the third-party, and shoe factories to ensure full compliances when deliver projects according to plan.

SCOPE OF WORK:
1. New Sales Leads Development:

• Provide ongoing professional service and support to the existing shoe brand companies and shoe factories in the region.
• Identify new customers, particularly shoe factories in Vietnam, China and Southeast Asia. Initiate new project development plan, including timelines and potential customers to be visited, and reach out to identified customers as assigned.

2. Project Management:

• Work closely with production team and customer service team in VN and CN to ensure the quality test, and the delivery timeline.
• Respond to customers’ inquires promptly and assist sales team to check and verify details in quotations and sales contracts with respective customers.  Identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide weekly report to the sales team manager and discuss potential issues and possible solutions.
• Manage the day-to-day operations aspects of each project.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Years of experience working in Taiwanese, mainland Chinese, or other foreign invested shoe factories in Vietnam;
• Familiar with shoe manufacturing processes and the quality, properties, and testing standards of materials used; preferably related to work shoes, casual shoes, golf shoes, or athletic shoes.
• Experience in collaborating with American and European shoe brands in Vietnam, and working with shoe factories to develop designs, molds, samples, and place orders is preferred.
• Fluent English communication comprehension ability. Chinese is a plus point
• At least 5 years of working experience in Footwear and Shoes Industry.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Vietnam.
• Be able to travel the region to see brands and shoe factories. Possibly need to travel to other parts of SE Asia to assist in business development including, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Indonesia, China, etc.

OTHER:

• Applicants could be Vietnamese citizen who meet the above criteria. Taiwanese or Chinese citizen is also welcome. 
• Salary, benefits, insurance, and leave are negotiable.
• Working attitude, professional skills, interpersonal relationships, and character will be evaluated.
