Head of Operations

Position Overview The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance of a multi-resort portfolio, ensuring service excellence, profitability, and alignment with the group’s strategic vision. This role requires a seasoned leader with proven success in managing complex hospitality operations across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-resort management: Lead and coordinate operations across at least 5 propteries, ensuring consistency in standards and guest experience.

• Operational strategy: Develop and implement operational plans to drive efficiency, quality, and profitability.

• Financial oversight: Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.

• Team leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams across diverse locations.

• Guest experience: Ensure world-class service delivery and continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

• Stakeholder relations: Collaborate with owners, investors, and brand partners to align operational goals.

• Expansion projects: Support new property openings, repositioning, and integration into the portfolio.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of hospitality operations experience, with at least 7 years in senior leadership.

• Proven track record managing 5+ properties (resorts 4–5 star) simultaneously.

• Strong financial acumen and ability to deliver measurable results.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• International exposure and adaptability to diverse cultural and market contexts preferred.
