Head of Operations (Restaurant Chain)

Responsibilities

• Business strategy: Develop, implement, and evaluate business strategies for the restaurant chain, proposing adjustments aligned with the Group/Company’s direction.

• Revenue & profit: Ensure revenue, profitability, and business targets through effective management and optimization of operations.

• Operational system: Build and develop a sustainable, efficient operating system that guarantees product quality, service excellence, and customer experience.

• Compliance & standards: Ensure stable and effective operations across the system, adhering to processes, standards, policies, and regulations of the Group/Company.

• Team leadership: Manage, lead, and develop the operations team, enhancing management capability and unit performance.

What We’re Looking For

• College/University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Economics, or related fields.

• 5–7 years of experience in F&B/restaurant operations, including senior management experience.

• Experience in chain/multi-site operations is a strong advantage.

• Solid knowledge of F&B operations, revenue management, P&L, cost control, and operational efficiency.

• Strong leadership, team-building, and business strategy execution skills.

• Decisive, proactive, strategic thinker, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

• Willingness to travel for site inspections and support new branch/store openings.
