QA Specialist

• Formulate and execute comprehensive, compliance-driven self-inspection schedules for both GMP and Halal standards in strict accordance with corporate protocols.
• Orchestrate and front-face regulatory inspections and global audits, including but not limited to DAV (GMP & Cosmetics), TGA, Halal certifications (LPOM MUI, HS…), and Corporate Quality Audits.
• Track, investigate, and drive the successful closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) arising from any audit findings.
• Evaluate and deploy updated GMP guidelines on-site, ensuring a continuous state of inspection-readiness.

• Steer and govern the Site’s Quality Management Indicators (QMI) and Quality Control Maturity Assessment (QCMA) frameworks.
• Consolidate, analyze, and present quality metrics to senior leadership to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Manage the deployment of global Quality Directives across the local manufacturing site.
• Verify alignment and bridge any compliance gaps between localized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and global quality reference documents.

• Serve as the primary Local Administrator for the CMS system and act as the designated backup admin for core modules: Event Management, CAPA, Investigation & Learning from Incidents (ILI), and Change Control (CC).
• Champion and facilitate continuous quality improvement initiatives across the production plant.
• Maintain and streamline a transparent quality escalation mechanism, ensuring critical quality milestones or deviations are promptly reported to executive management.
• Uphold absolute compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) codes, and execute ad-hoc quality tasks as required by the business.

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline, backed by solid knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience within a Quality Assurance role inside a regulated GMP manufacturing environment.

• Commercial Acumen: Strong capability to analyze how operational quality impacts commercial milestones and overall business health.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of global GMP requirements and corporate HSE management systems.
• Execution Skills: Outstanding organizational, strategic planning, and time-management capabilities.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional bilateral communication skills with a proven track record of thriving within culturally diverse matrix organizations.
• Language & Tech Proficiency: Professional fluency in English (all 4 skills) and advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
