Marketing Manager

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting internal marketing, brand governance, communication initiatives, and business support activities across multiple functions.

The role will focus on strengthening internal brand consistency, managing marketing assets and corporate communications, supporting business materials and engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regional branding standards and communication guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Internal Marketing

• Support the implementation of internal marketing and communication initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

• Maintain consistency of corporate branding, messaging, templates, and visual identity across business functions.

• Manage and develop branded materials including presentations, templates, newsletters, communication assets, and other business documentation.

• Coordinate internal engagement activities, workshops, events, and branding campaigns.

• Support the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of marketing resources and content libraries.

• Ensure all business materials comply with brand standards, governance requirements, and communication policies.

Marketing Operations & Communications

• Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to ensure alignment with branding, marketing compliance, and communication guidelines.

• Support the preparation of corporate presentations, reports, communication materials, and management documentation.

• Coordinate assigned marketing projects and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

• Track project progress and provide updates on marketing initiatives and activities.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance marketing efficiency and consistency.

• Support content review, document standardization, and quality assurance activities.

Research & Business Support

• Conduct market and industry research to support business planning and stakeholder presentations.

• Monitor market developments and emerging trends relevant to the organization.

• Support the production of executive materials, business updates, and communication documents.

• Assist business units with presentation development and client-facing collateral where required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, brand management, business support, or marketing operations.

• Experience working within multinational and matrix organizations.

• Strong understanding of corporate branding and communication standards.

• Experience managing templates, marketing assets, communication materials, and brand governance initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and collaboration tools.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Interest in utilizing digital and AI-enabled tools to improve marketing effectiveness and productivity.
