SGA Controller Senior Executive (SEV)

• Develop appropriate reporting template to keep track of Selling, General, and Administrative Expense cost details such as:
  • Variable SGA: Advertising & promotion expense, logistics expense, service in-warranty expense, ...
  • Fixed SGA: Travelling cost, office rental, personnel expenses, facility cost, depreciation, ...
• Calculate Service In-warranty provision expense and explain the changing points in different periods (budget, forecast, previous forecast, previous year).
• Check and review SGA cost data submitted by other functional teams before uploading it into system for reporting purposes.
• Revamp the SGA cost data input template as and when necessary.

• Review the existing corporate control-related policies and update them according to the current operation, regional or internal guidelines, etc.
• Drive corporate direction in setting appropriate company policy communication mode across functional teams with the objectives as follows:
• Clear policy communication within the company employees, in terms of content change (“what” and “why”), target user group (“who”), timing (“when”), etc.
• Appropriate storage of policy for ease of reference and retrieval.
• Review the current work processes and make improvements to streamline them.

• Provide periodic inventory analysis and management (DSO, Stock movement, Slow moving stock) as well as highlight the risk management for heading up the situation including Actual Stock Analysis and FCST assumption.
• Monitoring for loan stock (approval, periodic stock take and report).

• Ensure submission package for FCST, ACT, BUDGET timely, accurate, and complete
• Monitor and report company KPI performance periodically to management, highlighting achievement status, key variances, and areas requiring attention

• To comply with work instruction and guidance from Line Manager
• To comply with the confidentiality obligation and the Company's internal

• regulations/policies/Tax regulations and accounting standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Auditing, Controlling, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), preferably in the consumer electronics distribution industry.
• Experience working in a multinational company or handling group reporting is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards, taxation, and finance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Good presentation skills and the ability to communicate financial information clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
