HR Manager – Energy Industry (Philippines)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and support the full spectrum of human resources functions for our growing energy business. This role will partner closely with business leaders and plant operations teams to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and training & development.
• Partner with business leaders to develop workforce plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage talent acquisition activities for technical, engineering, operations, and corporate functions.
• Provide guidance on labor law compliance, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
• Support succession planning, leadership development, and talent management programs.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Philippine labor regulations and company standards.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve workforce effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure high-quality HR services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Experience in the Energy, Power, Utilities, Renewable Energy, EPC, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in organizational development, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multi-site operations, power plants, or engineering teams.
• Exposure to workforce planning and transformation projects.
• Professional HR certifications are an advantage.
