Product Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Customer Value Propositions (CVP) for Retail / SME customer segments through customer insights, market research, and customer journey analysis.
• Partner with Segment Management, Product, Customer Research, and Marketing teams to design customer-centric solutions and improve customer experience.
• Build and execute segment-specific marketing plans and campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and portfolio growth.
• Manage relationships with agencies and external partners to ensure effective campaign delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance, manage marketing budgets, track KPIs, and provide insights for continuous optimization.
• Support transformation and business improvement initiatives focused on customer experience enhancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing, Customer Segment Management, or related functions.
• At least 3 years of banking experience within Retail Banking or SME Banking segments.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• Previous exposure to Customer Value Proposition (CVP), Segmentation Marketing, Customer Experience (CX), or Customer-Centric Strategy in banking/financial services is preferred.
• Strong understanding of banking products and customer behaviors.
• Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
• Professional English communication.
