AI in the Workplace: A Tale of Two Sides
Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming the workplace, but employers and workers seem to have differing opinions on its impact. While employers are embracing AI for tasks like recruitment (71% see it as beneficial), workers have a mix of feelings.
On the positive side, over half of workers (53%) view AI favorably. However, job security concerns linger, with nearly 40% worried about AI replacing their roles.
Interestingly, the gender gap extends to AI perceptions. While 56% of men expressed optimism, the data suggests women might have a slightly more cautious view with only 49% of them felt the same.
