According to Mr. Dao Trung Thanh, the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has wholly changed the standard working process. According to McKinsey, in 2022, more than 50% of the organizations surveyed have adopted AI in at least one business unit or function, illustrating this technology's development and application potential in expanding the scale of business operation and production capacity. Gartner's analysis predicted that the global IT services in the IoT market will likely reach$58 billion by 2025, leading to an intensively growing demand for IT professionals.
Ms. Van Anh highlighted that under the acceleration of digital transformation, many traditional jobs would gradually disappear or be replaced by new positions. According to ManpowerGroup's "The New Human Age" report, over 80% of international businesses are intensifying their focus on digital transformation post the COVID-19 pandemic, leading the Information Communication Technology (ICT) industry to emerge as one of the most promising industries worldwide.
