Manpower Vietnam is currently recruiting large volume of associates for leading companies across various sectors which include motorcycle assembly, electronics, logistics, food and fashion. We are recruiting over 1,000 associates as electronic component assemblers, warehouse workers and fashion sellers under various types of employment contracts such as temporary, project based, long-term, short-term and paid internships.
Ms Le Thi Kim, our Head of Staffing and Outsourcing services, Northern region, ManpowerGroup Vietnam shared that “Our operations in the North of Vietnam is capable for one time transition up to 3,000 headcounts from our clients, while all HR procedures can be completed within a month. We are able to operate this by our extremely agile service team to take over and manage such large volumes. For recruitment, we can place up to 800 headcounts, per month, for one project. Apart from that, during 2020, we have also provided paid internships to 1,200 students, enabling them to prepare well for future career with potential employers.”
The contingent workforce now comprises up to 57% of Vietnam’s total workforce of over 57.5 million people. They prefer flexible work like temporary, part-time, service contract and project - based jobs. With the above-mentioned job roles, Manpower associates can earn an average monthly income from VND7,000,000 to VND10,000,000 apart from many other incentives such as commuting, housing allowance, and quarterly bonuses etc.
