Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the Industrial Colors business in Vietnam, driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and customer satisfaction. This role will oversee all sales activities, market development initiatives, key account management, and team performance while ensuring alignment with regional business objectives.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, developing pricing strategies, and expanding market presence across industrial sectors including coatings, printing inks, plastics, pigments, colorants, chemicals, and related industrial materials.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development

Develop and execute annual sales plans and growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Conduct market mapping and identify growth opportunities across key industry segments.

Develop new customer accounts and expand business with existing customers.

Drive market development initiatives and increase market share within Vietnam.

Identify and support new product opportunities based on market demand and customer needs.
Market Intelligence & Analysis

Monitor and analyze market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, pricing movements, and industry developments.

Provide detailed market intelligence and business insights to management.

Evaluate operational sales performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
Customer & Account Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.

Conduct regular visits to major customers to strengthen partnerships and identify business opportunities.

Manage customer satisfaction and resolve commercial issues effectively.
Pricing & Profitability Management

Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and company objectives.

Manage sales budgets and ensure achievement of sales targets and gross margin objectives.

Monitor profitability and optimize product portfolio performance.
Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop the Vietnam sales team to achieve business objectives.

Set performance goals, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement.

Foster a high-performance and customer-focused sales culture.
Reporting & Process Management

Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and management reports.

Establish and improve sales processes, work systems, procedures, and operational standards.

Ensure accurate maintenance and utilization of CRM systems and sales data.

Support additional Sales & Marketing initiatives as required by business needs.
Experience
-
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
