PURPOSE
The AI Transformation Intern will play a role in researching and implementing AI solutions to optimize the performance of the Sales Team at Manpower Vietnam.MAIN DUTIES
- Research and evaluate AI, agent, and automation tools suitable for the Sales process (prospecting, follow-up, reporting, etc.)
- Coordinate with Management to design and implement AI programs/workflows for the team
- Develop and conduct surveys to measure post-implementation effectiveness
- Analyze feedback, propose adjustments, and refine implemented solutions
- Update new AI trends, proactively recommend applications suitable for Sales activities
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
- Final year students or recent graduates majoring in Economics, Business, IT or related disciplines
- Ability to work full-time for 06 months
- Have a practical understanding of popular AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Make, etc.)
- Agile, proactive, experimental thinking – likes to try, measure, and improve
- Good English in 4 skills (Reading – Listening – Speaking – Writing)
- Candidates with practical experience building workflows/automation or have used AI agents are preferred
