Maintenance System Technician

• Enter data into the SAP system to ensure it meets the required standards, remains up-to-date, and is effective.
• Prepare related maintenance data on SAP for reports.
• Facilitate cooperation between the maintenance system and maintenance discipline to perform maintenance steps on SAP.
• Maintain the process of data input into SAP to ensure quality.
• Generate the report by Power BI or other software.
• Perform safety, environmental, and energy work according to the company’s policies, rules and regulations, and legal requirements.
• Participate in productivity improvement activities according to the company's policies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor in Industrial Management Major or Relevant to Technology.
• Work Experience: Minimum Fresh – 5 years in industrial or related field. (Maintenance Planning)
• Knowledge: Understanding of company work procedures and ability to follow them.
• Others: Basic Communication in English.

• Basic salary plus housing & transportation allowances (company shuttle bus within 25 km).
• 100% salary during 2-month probation.
• Canteen provided during working shifts.
• 13th-month salary (including probation, applicable after 3 months).
• Annual salary review based on KPI performance.
• SI, HI, UI on 100% basic salary + personal health insurance; 100% company-paid health check-ups.
• Overtime & night shift allowance in accordance with Vietnam Labor Law.

• Working location: Vung Tau City
• Working time: Mon - Fri (office time)
• Interview process: only 1 offline interview round
