HR Business Partner Manager – Manufacturing

We are looking for a commercially minded and hands-on HR Business Partner Manager to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation.

The role partners closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and factory leadership to drive people strategies that improve business performance. You will lead the full HRBP function across the manufacturing site, supporting both white-collar and blue-collar employees while building a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with factory leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

• Support Production, Engineering, and Operations teams on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

• Drive employee engagement and foster a positive industrial relations environment.

• Coach and advise managers on people matters and leadership capability.

• Lead change management, organizational development, and culture initiatives during business growth.

• Ensure compliance with Vietnam labor regulations and company HR policies.

• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven HRBP experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.

• Strong exposure to supporting Production, Engineering, and blue-collar workforce.

• Sharp, proactive, and business-oriented with excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Strong problem-solving ability and confident in driving change.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

• Fluent English, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
