Job Summary
- End-to-end manufacturing, supply chain, and deployment of stainless-steel coolant distribution infrastructure. Managing the Technical review together with project design engineers, production drawing preparation/approval, supply chain management, and quality assurance.
- Ensure that custom-engineered stainless steel cooling manifolds are designed, precision-welded, and delivered on-time and on budget to meet strict customer requirements and deadlines.
- Design & Engineering Liaison: Cooperate with design engineers to understand strict customer design / manufacturing requirements. Translate customer requirements into manufacturable, engineered solutions.
- Supply Chain: understand material, fitting and valve specifications and standards, cooperate with supply chain to ensure the correct specified material, fitting and valve
- Manufacturing: Manage the end-to-end production of stainless-steel water-cooling manifolds. Monitor manufacturing lead times, material procurement (e.g., SS316L or SS304 steel pipe / tubes / fitting and valves), and precision assembly processes.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Enforce rigorous testing protocols, including hydrostatic pressure testing, weld inspections, and cleanliness verification to prevent micro-contamination in high-purity liquid systems.
- Project & Financial Management: Track project milestones, critical paths, and budgets. Manage variation orders, change management, and supply chain bottlenecks proactively.
- Factory Acceptance Testing: Oversee Factory Acceptance Testing prior to shipping
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Experience: 5+ years of combined experience in project management and piping systems for food and beverage, Agro Pesticide or HVAC manufacturing.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of data center Technology Cooling Systems (TCS), closed-loop chilled water systems, and pressurized piping codes (e.g., ASME B31).
- Skills: Strong foundation in manufacturing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
