Key Responsibilities
-
Ensure production activities are executed according to production plans, meeting quantity, quality, and delivery requirements.

Oversee production operations, process monitoring, and quality control activities.

Develop and communicate production plans to supervisors, team leaders, and production teams.

Assign, supervise, and coordinate daily work across production, warehouse, packing, maintenance, and related departments.

Manage machinery, equipment, raw materials, and inventory; identify technical issues and coordinate maintenance or equipment upgrades when necessary.

Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products to minimize losses and damages.

Lead workforce planning, training, performance management, and development of supervisors and production leaders.

Coordinate recruitment activities to ensure adequate manpower for operations.

Implement employee performance recognition and disciplinary actions where appropriate.

Maintain a safe working environment and oversee occupational health, safety, and fire prevention activities.

Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with ISO standards, Food Safety requirements, and HACCP systems.

Perform other duties assigned by the Country Manager.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline; Chemical Engineering or Food Engineering is preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B, Food coloring manufacturing or related food production environments.

Proven leadership experience managing production teams.

Good command of English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and highly organized.

Strong communication, people management, and leadership capabilities.
Preferred Profile

Hands-on production leader with experience in regulated manufacturing environments.

Familiar with food safety, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices.

Capable of driving operational efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.
