MARKETING TRAINEE - INTEGRATED MEDIA (VACCINE)

Responsibilities:  

PR & Content Partnership (IMC) 

• Coordinate with media partners and agencies on content production, ensuring quality and timeline adherence.  

• Support communication activities including media booking, coverage tracking, and sentiment monitoring.  

• Maintain project tracking reports and assist with compliance documentation for all partner deliverables  

Digital Media  

• Help track media plans, budget utilization, and campaign deployment across digital channels.  

• Assist in consolidating performance data and preparing regular reports with optimization recommendations. 

Website  

• Support content development and maintenance on the website.  

• Liaise with management and SEO/SEM and website agencies on execution and performance tracking tasks.  

Facilitator & Admin  

• Support compliance management processes including checklists, internal registries, vendor onboarding, and payment documentation.  

• Assist in content endorsement coordination, post-air monitoring, tracking, and Buzz Analysis reporting. 

 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Media with at least 1-2 years of experience in relevant fields.  

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, familiarity with digital tools is an advantage.  

• Prior internships in marketing, PR, or media is preferred but not required   

• Cross-functional exposure across PR, digital media, website, and marketing operations  

• Hands-on experience with leading media platforms and creative agencies.  

• Mentorship within a regional healthcare brand environment.
